Toy Haven LLC ships orders within the United States. Standard orders ship within 2 business days of payment. Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Tracked delivery options include USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS First Class. We will email you a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product. To start a return, email toyhaven@toyhaven.us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the returned product.
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a free return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including original and return shipping. This applies regardless of the original shipping method. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the implied warranty of merchantability or applicable consumer protection law.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process.
